Diesel Fueling

Leisurely morning, to Marriott fitness center for stretching, foam roller, light weights; finished packing and lunch on Market Place deck.  Decided not to go into Palma – so we missed the museums and did not get to check out the velodrome.  Headed off to the airport, gassed up (diesel - and supply plastic gloves!) and returned Ford Galaxy rental car, had to wait for Lufthansa check in to open for our flight.  Long line in economy/coach – we were expedited through in Business class.  Pleased (and relieved) that our luggage was checked through to SFO!  Rich had to go to separate entity to pay for bike boxes – 100 Euros each – less than on the way out with United ($200 per bike).  Leisure time in Lufthansa Lounge for our 6:55 PM flight to Frankfurt (1:50 flight), checked in at the airport Hilton Garden Terrace and enjoyed a light dinner at 10 PM at hotel restaurant.  Travel time to Mallorca through the UA Alliance is time consuming - not many flights to Mallorca and they don't sync up with the non-stop flights to SFO.
